Job description
A career in telesales requires excellent communication and sales skills and customer service knowledge. As a telesales representative, you will spend most of your working hours persuading prospective and existing customers to purchase our services.
Ultimately, you’ll support the growth of the organization by maintaining a transparent, up-to-date, and confident approach towards telesales.

Key Duties:

• Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
• Work well with the other telesales personnel with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Using the data provided by telemarketing representatives to pursue promising leads with persuasion and persistence.
• Converting leads into clients.
• Cold calling and helping to reduce negative reactions from leads.
• Providing brand recognition by leaving buyers with an excellent impression of a company through effective customer relations, empathy, and effective communication skills.
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Answering questions about services offered or the company.
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Enter and update customer information in the database

Requirements:

• High school diploma; BSc/BA in Business Management or Similar
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospective clients.
• Excellent knowledge of English/Hindi
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
