Key Responsibilities Develop Project Controls Procedures, structure and reporting calendar, Participate in schedule workshops, Develop progress measurement system and monitor progress of work for timely execution of the project, Prepare and update the manpower histograms, Implement the Level 3 EPC schedule and prepare monthly update using best scheduling practices, Mapping of L3 schedule with client, procurement tracking systems, Construction commodities, Highlight and track project critical path activities, Submit weekly and monthly reports / dashboards as per reporting calendar, Perform Schedule Risk Analysis as per project and function requirements, Perform any other work as and when directed by the Planning Manager, Job Requirement Essential Qualifications And Skills Experience in EPC project covering Planning and Scheduling, Progress measurement and Reporting Ability to interact with home-office discipline leads, Client and PMT team, Comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals Extensive work experience on Project Planning software including Primavera P6 MINIMUM REQUIREMENT Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, A minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in UAE in infrastructure and bridges work , Power Plant, Mining, renewable energies or other energy industry portfolio.
