We are looking for a qualified Executive Assistant to President (SSEA, CIS & MEA Region) to join our team based in Dubai.

As an Executive Assistant you will be in charge of President’s (SSEA, CIS & MEA Region) support.
To provide an efficient and comprehensive secretarial (directly business related and expatriate needs) and administrative assistance for the President (SSEA, CIS & MEA Region) acting as interface for President (SSEA, CIS & MEA Region) needs liaising closely with his reports to run the organization efficiently.

Your day to day:

• Provide daily secretarial support to the President’s (SSEA, CIS & MEA Region) schedule and coordinate arrangements for a variety of internal and external meetings and special events;
• Organize travel arrangements; Process expense reports;
• Prepare and submit annual and monthly presence reports when needed
• Receive and process incoming mail, meeting invites and phone calls, assess priorities, and if necessary obtain supporting information and coordinate actions;
• Coordinate and perform complex diversity of multiple tasks for President (SSEA, CIS & MEA Region) providing personal support in order to fulfil the required support for expat employees as defined by PMI policies and procedure.
• Prepare Purchase Requests, Collect supporting documentation for proof of performance, and Close Purchase Orders on the System (Good Receipt)
• Monitor delivery with Suppliers

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related subject; Master Degree would be a plus
• At least 10+ years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant in Multinational Companies
• Basic knowledge of Accounting and Cost management
• Advance level of Excel, Word, Power-point. SAP knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines
• Problem Solving, Action Oriented, Planning, Priority setting, Collaboration
