Job Summary
You will be providing Executive Support to the Group Director for the Middle East for our Energy, Security & Technology Line of business, completing a broad variety of administrative tasks for Executive Management including:
Managing a calendar of appointments; completing expense reports.
Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential.
Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
Planning, coordinating and ensuring schedules are followed and respected.
Providing “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, creating win-win situations.
Working closely and effectively with the Group Director to keep well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach.
Prioritizing conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

As a successful candidate, ideally you will be degree qualified and will bring with you previous experience of supporting Executive Level Management within an International Framework. You will be:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Experienced in booking international and domestic travel.
capable to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
excellent with interpersonal skills and have the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects effectively.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing.
