Position Summary:
Reporting to the Associate Director C&B of Asia, this position will provide direct and key support to the Regional HR team on all round tasks with focus on compensation and benefits at local and regional level. The incumbent will also work closely with other HR team members to aim to bring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compensation & Benefits
Ensure accurate Merit and Bonus review process by consolidating data for review, approval and communication
Ensuring understanding, consistency and quality of benchmark data
Analyze C&B KPIs to provide insights and adjustments in relation to Talent Management and Talent Reward
Assist in LTI and Asia Retention process by consolidating nomination data for review, approval and communication
Support in the annual C&B summary consolidation and audit in the region
Provide data for the APCBF survey poll distribution and consolidation
Provide effective job banding review recommendation for validation: job description, organizational and KPIs analysis of the job, calibration with Asia and other Regions
Raising capability of affiliates C&Bs on benchmarking, banding and grading
Continuous benchmarking on standard practices of other FMCG in the region in terms of Total reward
Ensure Bonus goal setting and Bonus Calculations are formally correct and consistent with guidelines and pay4performance principles
Supporting all C&B workday related matters and affiliates issues with the CEO
Support on LTI vesting fiscal process
2. Expat Management
Support in preparing International Mobility packages and remuneration analysis (i.e. expat, local plus, localization, etc.) and the related documentation
Support expat data download and understanding on housing, COL index, QOL index and housing and benchmark best practices with other companies in terms of benefits
Assist in collecting and consolidating information for expats’ tax filing in the region
Prepare tax payment instruction for approval and arrange payment
Manage exit and termination of expats from an administrative perspective
Skills / Qualifications / Experience:
Essential:
Bachelor Degree
3-5 years of relevant experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure high level of engagement to meet our needs
Attention to details and strong analytical skills
Excellent command of English
Desirable:
Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Analytical background
