Established in the UAE over 30 years ago, our client is a global, award winning luxury property development business who have projects spanning worldwide.

These projects are huge and diverse offering vibrancy to cities, with portfolios that include skyscrapers as well as re-building communities.

The Role:
This is an In-House role, working on senior level roles within the construction sector, internationally. This part of the business works very much like an agency, and you will work on 2-3 jobs per week, market mapping, interviewing and making placements within 30-60 day time frames.

The role involves high level interviewing, speaking with candidates globally.

• About You:
  2-3 years Executive Search or perm recruitment experience within the white collar constructions sector
• Someone who has covered: projects, commercial, design or architects and knows their industry
• Proven experience sourcing high-calibre, specialist candidates and building a professional network
• Someone who is already based long term in Dubai, or knows the area and is looking for a long term/ perm relocation there
• Must know their sector well and can recruit technically
