PERI L.L.C., a leading international company in U.A.E. in the area of formwork, scaffolding and engineering is looking for individuals that have an in-depth and practical understanding of scaffolding and construction materials to fill the position as Business Development Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Identify potential customers by cold calling
• Establish and maintain relationships with new C& D clients
• Manage and develop a sales pipeline capable of delivering the revenue targets.
• Manage and develop existing PERI customers by assessing existing customer base
• Target competitor market share
• Actively listen to the needs of the client
• Negotiate contracts that are profitable for PERI
• Coordinate and initiate communication with all inter-departments to ensure projects are executed properly
• Work together with the finance & credit control team for timely collection of payments
• Regular communication with the Sales Director regarding projects and activities.
• Update, check and monitor the data in CRM
• Adhere to the PERI pricing bands and discount policy within the PERI UAE Sales Manual
• Ensure the PERI UAE Sales Manual is applied and followed accordingly
• Maintain sales records and prepare sales reports
• Ensure adequate pricing levels are achieved

Your profile

• 5 years Middle East experience within the Formwork and Scaffolding sectors
• Sales or technical experience in construction or related industries (formwork industry ideal)
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
• Good presentation skills
• Open and trustworthy, strong business ethics
• Excellent organizational skills
• Compatible with PERI culture
• IT proficient (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Strong work ethic, open and reliable
• Trustworthy and honest
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Arabic speaking is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Very good skills in spoken and written English
