PERI L.L.C., a leading international company in U.A.E. in the area of formwork, scaffolding and
engineering is looking for individuals that have an in-depth and practical understanding of scaffolding and construction materials to fill the position as Area Sales Manager – Industry.

Your responsibilities

• Develop Business with EPC customers
• Identifying potential PERI customers and establishing relationships
• Promoting PERI products and consulting customers regarding the most cost-effective
  scaffolding solutions
• Preparing and presenting offers to the clients
• Conducting sales meetings with clients and negotiating contracts that are profitable for PERI
• Attending to each project and offering technical and commercial support during the
  construction
• Providing all relevant project information to other departments as soon as available
• Technical and commercial support
• Market entry strategy and business plan
• Ensure strong reputation of PERI UP
• Develop E & D provider network

Your profile

• Prior experience with EPC customers preferred
• Middle East experience is essential
• Qualified Scaffolding Certificate or appropriate qualification in the field of scaffolding
• Several years of experience in scaffolding (erection and dismantling)
• Several years of experience in scaffolding work preparation and static analysis
• In depth knowledge of the Construction and Industrial Industry (Oil & Gas)
• Persistent with strong goal orientation and able to work on his own initiative
• Strong sales ability and motivational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compatible with PERI culture
• Ability to provide technical support and scaffolding solutions
• Customer service experience
• High level of energy and the ability to work independently
• Excellent IT skills (Word, powerpoint, etc)
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Open-minded personality with ample cultural awareness and eager to work in a multicultural team
• With U.A.E. driving license
