Pepe’s Piri Piri Hiring for Senior Operations Coordinator Job at Dubai Full Time

At Pepe’s we are seeking an self motivated individual with great passion to grow in the company. We are looking for a Senior Operations Coordinator to take over the company cordination of the Head Office Operations.

The following job descriptions are for the day to day operations:

• Looking after the accounts of all company owned stores (basic invoices to be uploaded to Zoho Books and few other things). We will provide you the necessary training for it.
• Coordinating with the Epos company in the UK.
• Coordinating with Pepe’s Head Office in the UK relating to all matters.
• Managing operations of stores to specific tasks that will be assiged.
• Managing HR related matters of all the staff including (Insurance, New & Existing Visas, Emirates ID renewals)
• Managing & renewing trade licenses of the business with timely renewals.
• Managing & updating the inventory system to ensure monthly stock count is taken and necessary stock order is placed with the Supply chain partner in the UAE.
• Monthly warehouse stock counts.
• Pepe’s training portal/Pepe’s online hub.
• Potential supplier meetings.
• Keeping a bird eye view on the overall operations so a smooth tech-based initiatives can be discussed that may need to be introduced in the future.
• Coordinating on number of things when a new store is being opened.
