The ideal candidate has experience working in a startup environment and understands the fast-paced nature of such organizations.Responsibilities:Front Desk ManagementWelcome visitors and create a positive first impression of our startup.Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.Maintain a clean and organized reception area.Administrative SupportAssist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.Manage office supplies, order new items when needed, and ensure proper stock levels.Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.Startup AssistanceProvide support to different teams as needed, helping to create a smooth and efficient work environment.Collaborate with the HR team for onboarding new hires.Assist in planning and organizing company events and gatherings.Problem Solving:Handle minor issues and inquiries independently and escalate when necessary.Find creative solutions to challenges that may arise in a startup setting.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Receptionist/Office Administrator, preferably in a startup environment.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup culture.High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
