We are looking for Associate for one of our client’s Legal Consultancy

ROLE: SENIOR ASSOCIATE

SALARY: 12,000 AED

EXPERIENCE : 5-6 years’ experience as corporate lawyer in UAE

JOB TASK:

• Client Management, Drafting
• Reviewing and execution of contracts and agreements
• Drafting legal proposals, legal advice and opinions
• Undertaking legal research and keeping up to date with new legislation in the region
• Developing and evaluating new business partnerships with SMEs. Developing, proposing & supporting vertical and horizontal collaborations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED11,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
