Job Discription

Role : Operations Manager (Frieght Forwarding Experience is must in shipping industry).

Experience : 4-6 years of UAE,

Should have experience in Shipping & Logistics industry.

Salary : 8000-10000 AED

Experience in the following : Freight forwarding, Cross trades, Sea import/export , Air import/export, Custom clearance. Understands handling of export/import container shipments from UAE inbound/outbound. Hand holding a client, ensuring that right from placement of container at POL to dispatch of container at POD. The client is tended to and taken care of.

Air-shipment
Handling: Document execution
Coordinating with trucking, DNATA, Airline coordination
Passing customs declaration
Handling gate instructions
Sea-shipment
Handling: Operations handling for containerized & non containerized cargo
Hauler Nomination ~ hauler operators, driver
Generating e token
Handling customs clearance/declaration
Visiting customs department for documents related
Supervision of loading, organizing loading, container positioning, follow the DP world process
Coordinate with customers for export/import shipments
Release HBL & Liner BL and Make line Payments and prepare customer invoices

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
