Job Description:Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance. Offers chocolate as per PATCHI standards. Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.Sells PATCHI products and services to consumers in a very professional way and follow the guidelines. Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Report any incident on the shop floor. Demonstrate PATCHI products and origin. Process orders in person and over the phone.Check inventory to ensure product is in stock.Assist with the boutique inventory when requested. Requirements:A minimum of 2 years industry experience.Good Communication SkillsExcellent Customer ServiceEnglish language is a must.
