Job description

· Answering/transferring calls

· Receiving deliveries & transmittals

· Sending and Receiving documents through official courier (Posta Plus)

· Preparing the Monthly Shop Schedule (Revise if needed)

· Lay out of social media posts (Instagram and FB)

· Schedule posts on Later App

· Replies on social media – Instagram, FB, Google Business

· Shop visit to take pictures of new products

· Forwarding & coordinating Shop, Customer and Extra Order to Warehouse

· Coordinating with Warehouse Team for Retail Transaction

· Update of Retail Logbook Entry

· Update of Monthly Confectionery Expiry Update

· Preparing, Requesting and sending Monthly Material Procurement Request

· In charge of pantry and reception

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • receptionist: 1 year (Required)
