Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented 2D Graphic Design Specialist to join our team In this role you will get to work in a young and dynamic team for the delivery of creative master planning and public realm design of varying scales.What Youll Be DoingPrepare and design high-quality reports, boards and presentation of master planning and landscape architecture projects.Develop master plan and landscape plan layouts to the highest quality to graphically represent and sell the design works of the studio.Develop graphical sections to show the elevation of the design intent of the projects at a variety of scales.Create sketch renders to demonstrate the space and scale of a design at the early stages of the concept development.What Required Skills Youll Bring:Expert understanding of graphical softwares, including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Lumion, etc.Ability to multitask and work across teams within the studio.Solid communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.Ability to translate outline sketch ideas into workable scales and spaces using modelling software.Self-motivation, work part of the team but also have the ability to work independently.Minimum 5 Years of continuous employment within the profession of Urban Design or Landscape Architecture.Bachelor of Visual Communications, Landscape Architecture, Architecture or related field.What Desired Skills Youll Bring:Willingness to develop and further graphical skills and techniques for the enhancement of the digital landscape presentations.Ability to hand sketch in plan, section, and 3D.Relevant professional qualifications and affiliation.Minimum Clearance Required to Start:Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
