Job Description:

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a great client and to join a dependable, highly ethical organization? Parsons is seeking a Principal Project Manager to deliver major master planned private sector developments in Dubai.

The selected candidate will have an in depth knowledge of design and construction, and will be our point of contact for the project with the client. Delivering some of the largest master planned development projects worldwide for leading developers, your experience should cover the master plan, traffic impact assessment, infrastructure & landscape design and authority approvals for multi-billion dollar developments within the Middle East region.

As the project leader, you will be integral to developing new projects by assuring a quality, on schedule completion, within or below, budget and in accordance with our contractual obligations. In addition to supervising Parsons’ staff, you will build on our professional relationships with key subcontractors during the program execution. You will assign responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths. Your knowledge of the client’s goals and objectives will be instrumental in discussing any changes to the scope of work or new projects, contracts with key subcontractors, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Keys to your success will be your knowledge of design and construction, ability to monitor our deliverables for adherence to client criteria as well as help execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of this very important projects.

Qualifications:

• 20+ years of related project execution and/or program management experience on same or similar large scope private sector master planned development projects
• Incumbent should have a broad general technical and business background in infrastructure or master planning within the ME region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master Planning related technical field from an accredited institution
• Professional registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) is required
• Ability and willingness to travel regionally to support client and project teams
