Parsons Hiring for Junior MEP Engineer (UAE National) Job at Dubai Full Time

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Junior MEP Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to develop various stages of drawings starting from concept level to detailed design for electrical, mechanical, civil field falling under Infrastructure services such as pumping stations, District cooling, STP works etc.

This role is for UAE Nationals only.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepares or assists in preparing fundamental engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs.

• Provides input to CAD Designer/Drafters working on the project.

• Assisting in the preparation and issuance of specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.

• Assisting in preparing all Engineering calculations required for developing the design drawings.

• Assisting in power point presentation and other documentation required for the Engineering submission.

• Assisting in HVAC calculation and developing various stages of drawings starting from concept level to detailed design.

• Revit model block preparation and supporting.

• Assisting in equipment selection for all MEICA elements.

• MEICA team overall coordination

• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Fresh UAE National graduates are welcome to apply.

• Requires basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil related field falling under Infrastructure services such as pumping stations, District cooling, STP works etc.

• Fluent in English with Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and report writing.

• A team played with proven ability to work under pressure/ multi tasks and meet the deadlines.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• Familiarity with HVAC software such as HAP will be an added advantage

• AutoCAD and other PC software packages typically associated with Design Engineering is also preferred.

• Aware of the requirements and relevant standards for various authorities in UAE.
