• Lead a team of draftsmen and engineers.
• Design detail concept for shop drawings, distribute work in a team & follow up for drawing completion/submission.
• Support the company’s projects technically Submittals like (structural calculations, Material, shop drawings, sample etc.)
• Attend the meetings with clients, architects, and contractors, and be client-facing and able to solve project challenges and constraints of the other major design disciplines such as architectural, fire, acoustics, thermal, sustainability etc.
• Coordinating technical issues related to technical submittals and approvals with clients, project consultants, main contractor, HOE, third parties and regulatory authorities and proposing alternative solutions.
• Provide technical support to other departments to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction.
• Attend coordination meetings concerning all design matters.
• Resolve engineering problems by collecting and analyzing information and modify engineering techniques & recommend solutions.
• Maintaining organized and detailed project records.
• Reading the Specification and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards
• To ensure structural compliance by input experience and knowledge.
