Parkway International contracting Hiring for Quantity Surveyor / Estimator at Dubai Full Time

• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering the tender documents
• (proposals, printout, specifications, and related documents). Send
• RFI/query to Client if necessary. Sending inquiries to
• specified/proposed subcontractors. Receiving and verifying the
• submitted proposal. Prepares the take-off sheet.
• Presents prepared “Commercial” & “Technical” Proposal by
• assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
• Computes costing and bill of materials for doors, kitchen cabinets,
• wardrobes, other wooden/joinery works and stone works for Job on
• Hand Projects (Joinery and Marble Division).
• Prepares Variation Order for Job on Hand Project (Joinery and Marble
• Division) and update variation log reports.
• Prepares monthly payment application before the cut-off date and
• follow up the payment certificate and payment.
• Review/verify the subcontractor’s payment application for the
• monthly progress, and the back- up documents.
• Prepares sub-contractor payment certificate (Joinery and Marble
• Division) based on the MIR and WIR
