We are looking for a Program Office Manager


Position Summary: The Academic Programs coordinator is responsible for the management and administration of academic programs in the institute and the day-to-day coordination of the activities associated with all academic programs. The position will be part of a team that manages all institute-based student administration, teaching support, learning support and academic support services for the institute.

• Academic Qualifications: A Master Degree in a relevant discipline is preferred

Skills and Experience:

• A minimum 2 years of related work experience in an institute of higher education, preferably within a department interfacing directly with faculty and students
• A high degree of computer literacy, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to communicate with diverse students and faculty community

-Knowledge of databases is essential, particularly the ability to produce a -variety of reports
