- Dispatch coordination and distribution of local sales to following sales departments.
- Retail 1, 2 & 3 – Souk 1, 2, 3 & 4 – FS.
- Coordinating with Merchandisers and area sales coordinators for all delivery requirements.
- Coordinating with invoice team for invoices and delivery related activities.
- Receiving invoice from invoice for route plan.
- Preparing dispatch plan for the day as per route.
- Making sure to assign deliveries to drivers though delivery app.
- Distributing invoices area wise to drivers for loading process.
- Monitoring the loading.
- Coordinating with drivers to load all vehicles has been dispatch before 8:00am from loading area.
- Following with Drivers for the deliveries to ensure that all planned deliveries has been done.
- Making sure that all invoices has been delivered on daily basis.
- Coordinating with drivers to collect the GRV’s as per sales request.
- Making sure drivers has been followed the management agreed returns policies.
- Monitoring vehicle cleaning on daily basis.
- Signing vehicle inspection logbook.
- Following with drivers to ensure the municipality vehicle pass available in the vehicle as per the route (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, AL Ain, Sharjah, UAQ & RAK.
- Making sure that all the invoices issuance “to driver” report is updated on daily basis.
- Ensuring that all the blue copies “Delivery acknowledgment” has been received and updated in the file .
- Helping to Transport supervisor for achieving daily tasks.
- Handling transport team and distribution during absence of Transport supervisor.
- Bachelors & Above
- 3+ years’ experience in the FMCG logistics operation
- Dispatch and TMS experience are required
- English
- Knowledge of ERP Oracle, SAP (Microsoft Dynamics Proffered)
- Experience in MS Office
- Ability to handle team
- Excellent in coordination
- Organized and Proactive with Excellent Communication Skills
