Requirement & Experience
? Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business, computer science, engineering or related field.
? MBA or Master’s degree will be considered plus.
? At least 5 years of intensive experience in reputable international company in such sectors including but not limited to Consulting, Utility, Oil & Gas , Renewable Energy, Investment Banking etc.
? Experience in Power generation would be considered plus.
Duties:
? Asset management activities for invested projects/companies in the Middle East, Africa region with different phases including under construction, commissioning, operation, and further potential recycling, based on the business plan & strategy .
? Act as a Business manager, reporting to General Manager and/or CEO , and coordinating with various team members including project companies,head office, local offices etc.
? Especially, the communication skill (physical conversation and writing memo) is important. Our organization is big and it is very important to describe the content of the meeting with the customer and internal parties correctly and concisely.
? Coordinate/engage with each project company, process and analyze the various information provided to company and build cases & scenarios to make the best decision for company as a whole. Managing financial accounts reporting, HSE reporting, operational and commercial reportings as well as sponsors management, management briefing for board meetings are also included in the scope.
? Interact/coordinate/negotiate/build strong relationship with both internal/external parties. Participate proactively in meetings to proactively lead the transactions.
? Work with team members from various background, knowledge, locations. We do not expect any project to be handled by one person, everything is team work based.
