ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES


Window person to existing Customers ? Receiving inquiries of base vehicles and conversion and accessories ? All compliance check follow-related tasks ? Finalizing the specification & Price offer (including conversion) with Customer -Finding prospective Customers and connecting them with Manager.
Supply & Demand

• All the tasks related Order-to-delivery
• Operation from Headquarters/Sister Companies
• Collaborating with Sister Companies ? All the tasks related Order-to-delivery
• Operation from Dubai
• Collaborating with logistics team ? Setting up relations with Local Distributors Product
• Right product setting with Headquarters ? Assisting in finding out requested SFX and arranging preparation and request for a new SFX Pricing
• Assist right price setting and adjustment/discount
• Maintaining Price Lists, prepare
• Price Approval docs for SFX change etc
  
• If required, price support negotiation with Headquarters and internally (GM)
• Marketing/Promotion

-Promotional support to Customers in collaboration with -Headquarters Assisting in preparing monthly forecast and orders

• Market analysis (In collaboration with Sister Companies)
• Grey Market Analysis

• On Pricing
• On Specification
• On Availability

Qualifications and Education Requirements
-Completed Higher Education in Economics, Management, or Technical/Engineering -Minimum of 5-year experience in product and pricing related job

• Fluent in English is essential, some level of French is an advantage
• Driving License
  
• Experience in sales, product and pricing in automotive sector
• Experience of dealing with a diverse group of customers/nationalities.
• High competence in Microsoft use (Excel, Word, Outlook etc)
• Interest in automotive sector
• Technical background or strong desire to learn technical side of automobile
  

products
