Position Summary
Job Purpose: The overall scope of the role is to act as HR Business Partner of Dubai location and implement the HR strategy to ensure the attraction, selection, development and retention of current and potential employees, guaranteeing compliance with local laws and regulations and applicable National/Company contracts.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: Act as HR point of reference for the Sales Company organization and for 5 divisions that have employees based in Dubai. Be subject matter expert for the HR and labour law topics related to Middle East area, with a specific focus on UAE. Directly or indirectly implement recruiting strategies for new employees, developing and managing relationships with staffing agencies and leading recruitment. Directly oversee performance management practices. Facilitate the annual merit review cycle (according to policies and guidelines). Manage the succession planning and talent management cycle, monitoring effectiveness of processes and making sure that all talent reviews are effectively finalized. Directly oversee the development of local and corporate training offerings, monitoring the effectiveness of training and development. Lead the Engagement Survey process. Be responsible for managing the disciplinary and integrity processes, taking care as well of the related litigation processes. Assure consultancy and coaching to the local management team. Oversee local personnel files and management of HR systems (Peoplesoft and Talent Central). Take care of the Monthly Reporting and the Monthly Payroll input in collaboration with Finance Team and South Region Payroll Manager.
Qualifications
Qualifications, Skills & Experience: University degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology or Political Sciences Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR management Fluent in Arabic and English Local labour law and procedures expert Good leadership and people management skills Good communication skills Ability to motivate and inspire Exercise of creative problem-solving and critical decision-making skills Strong interpersonal, negotiation and customer service skills Strong organization development skills Ability to link HR strategy and deliverables into overall business strategy and act as change agent
