Reservations Agent
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process reservations and changes to existing reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize computer systems to check availability, rates, and book reservations.
• Provide guests with accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, and policies.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to increase sales and revenue.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Reservations Agent in a hotel or resort.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Opera knowledge is an advantage.
• Must be available in the UAE.
