Main role:The Retail Education manager will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs for our retail shop’s beauty advisors worldwide.This role will collaborate with the Global Brand Manager and other internal teams to ensure our retail staff provides exceptional customer service, drives commercial and business performance and is knowledgeable about our brand and products.In addition, this role will consist in launching and implementing the Brand Academy for our own shops and partner shops.Based in Dubai, reporting to the the Marketing director and giving support to all regions.The roles involves frequent travels (internationally and locally).Key responsibilities:Training:Coordinate all training preparation, conduct trainings and ensure all pre and post training activities are completed by attendees in close collaboration with regional teamsCoaching on the field for top door’s staff (role plays, observations, one to one coaching after assessment in situation, transmission of tips)Collaborate with the Global Brand Manager, the Trade management teams and other internal teams to measure the effectiveness of the training programs and make recommendations for improvements on existing ones and for new onesSupport the development of the training team on a regional levelContent:Create and deliver customized training programs for beauty advisors in retail shops worldwide (distance learning formats and in classrooms), including brand expertise and product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer servicePartner with the Global Brand Manager and other internal teams to ensure the training programs are continuously aligned with the brand’s strategy and objectivesBrand Culture: deliver induction “onboarding” training for new joiners and opening new storesCollaborate and adapt with regions on a learning calendar program priority launch in advance to map out all Training programs accordingly to strategyUpdate and optimize content for our digital training appRequirements:Minimum of 10 years experience in a training or education role within the Fragrance industryKnowledge of luxury/high-end beauty products and the retail environmentStrong communication and presentation skillsAction and results orientedOrganized: plannings, projects follow-upAt ease with digital and social networks toolsAbility to work in autonomy and as part of a teamDemonstrates assertive communication, having the ability to understand zones local constraints, regional relevancies and challenges and tailor the approach of our programsCuriosity, open mindedness, ability to transmit passion and knowledgeAbility to work in a fast paced and changing environment with moving prioritiesStrong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse people and organizationsKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point for the purpose of producing training materials and presentationsFluent in English and French
