Work Experience:
- A dynamic individual capable of adapting to a challenging environment with minimum of 4-5 years working experience in a support role in a major organization.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth technical experience of AML in a banking environment.
- Exposure to Decision Management System will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Retail Asset products support like loan orientation is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAS technologies preferred.
- Knowledge on Workflow systems will be an added advantage
- Expertise in PL/Sql, Java.
- Hands on experience in supporting, fine-tuning, troubleshooting, patching, managing & design HA environments
- L1 & L2 support of the mentioned applications.
- Support roles experience in a financial institute preferred.
- Knowledge of JAVA & Unix/windows scripting including automation and monitoring
- ITIL/Agile certification preferred.
