Job Description:
• Supporting the Marketing Manager in terms of After Sales.
• Liaising with Various Departments in the Factory on Execution of Shipments & Operational Issues
• Supporting the Marketing Manager’s in Monitoring Contracts and Payments of Customers
• Preparing weekly Sales Reports for Management Review
• Preparing Yearly Budget Reports
• Participating in Company Training of Various Products
• Participating in International Food Fairs when necessary
• Must be able to have Office Management Skills and understand the local Labour Laws.
• Taking Care of the Day to Day Running of the Office is essential.
• Helping the Marketing Team in Overseas Hotels & Flight Bookings
REQUIREMENT
– Minimum 3 years of experience as a Administrator with some Marketing Background, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Industry.
– Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
– Proficiency in English Language is mandatory, including the ability to interact effectively with people of diverse cultures & regions.
– Other Spoken Languages are also added advantages.
– Ready to work flexible hours. Has the sound of knowledge and broad understanding of office protocols in a corporate business work environment.
– Should be proficient in relevant computer applications including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power point Ready to travel both nationally and internationally.
