Job Description
Job Description: Oxus Motors, a reputable used car showroom located in Ras Al Khor area near Creek Harbour and Nad Al Sheba, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
•Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
•Assist in managing and leading the Sales, Marketing, Accounts, and Services departments.
•Collaborate with department managers to achieve the showroom’s targets and objectives.
•Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
•Oversee and coordinate various projects and initiatives.
•Handle administrative tasks and assist with decision-making processes.
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
•Proximity to the Ras Al Khor area for easy commute.
•Willingness to work from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm (6 days a week) with Fridays off.
•Strong leadership and organizational skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Previous experience in a managerial or assistant managerial role is a plus.
•A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
•Preferred American Accent English speakers.
