About the RolePrior experience in outbound customer support or general customer service is advantageous.Exceptional verbal communication skills are essential.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly.Proficiency with internal systems and computer applications.Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.This position is a full-time, temporary role with a commitment of at least 12 weeks. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
