We believe that having the right team is how we can be successful at everything we do now and in the future.Job PurposeWe are looking for a responsible, resourceful and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide efficient and confidential professional support to the Senior Management Team members. To ensure success as a personal assistant, we are looking for excellence in organizational skills and demonstrable experience in a secretarial role. This role is expected to work autonomously to provide customized administrative support to Senior Management and other department team members.Key AccountabilitiesReporting to Senior Management Members, you would be a primary point of contact and would be required to manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects to expedite workflows.To manage professional scheduling for the Senior Management team, including, but not limited to agendas, email, phone calls, client management, expense claims on behalf of Senior members and other company logistics.Ensure work is planned well to ascertain senior executives’ priorities are met.Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, visa’s and meals.Prepare and/or assist in producing documents, briefing papers, minutes, reports and presentations if required.Maintain an effective filing system and assist in completing ad hoc tasks, as required.Ensuring cover for other personal assistants in the business during leave intervals.Support on ad hoc duties relating to the departments assigned.Qualifications, experience, skills and competenciesExperience required:Minimum three (3) years working in a multinational environment.Education requirement:Certification or diploma in relevant field. Knowledge & Skills:Sound experience in administration with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.Effective problem-solving skills with an ability to identify practical solutions to various administrative, software and functional problems.Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present and explain management information clearly to various audiences.Organizational awareness with the ability to operate with confidence, maturity and credibility across all functions of the business.Ability to work well in a team environment with exceptional interpersonal skills.Up-to-date with the latest office equipment’s and applications.Discretion and confidentiality. Arabic language would be an added advantage.
