The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the luxury hospitality industry, with a deep understanding of spa operations, customer service excellence, and financial management.
Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of spa operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, meticulous maintenance, and adherence to hotel operating procedures.
Financial Performance: Develop and manage the spa’s annual budget, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize profitability. Prepare comprehensive reports and analyses to inform management decisions.
Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the hotel’s sales and marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that promote the spa’s services and attract new clientele.
Team Leadership: Cultivate a positive and supportive work environment, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities for the spa team. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and high performance.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the hotel by identifying new business opportunities, enhancing guest experiences, and staying abreast of industry trends.
