* Experienced in Accounting Software’s -ZOHO/QuickBooks

* Candidate should be available in UAE and UAE experience is a must

*Should be able to start immediately

*Good Personality and Customer handling experience is required

* VAT submission/Budget/Forecast /Office Accounting /Record Day to Day transactions

* Processing payments to external parties and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping.

* Coordination of Work schedules and daily assignments

* Follow ups on work status and Payments with supplier/contractor/clients

* UAE Driving license is not a must , but it’s a mileage

*Track and documentation of sales bookings and payments

* Overall Office Admin Experience is required

* Should capable of handling office individually

* Monthly review and analysis of Balance Sheet, compiling back up documentation for Balance sheet reconciliation

* Coordination with vendors and processing payments and returns

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
