Director of Operations Job DescriptionOffshore Recruitment Services is seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations to join our team in Dubai, UAE.Key Responsibilities:Operational Oversight: Conduct regular meetings with Operations Managers and Project Managers to discuss operational disruptions and review departmental reports.Site Supervision: Visit sites regularly to supervise work progress and provide necessary assistance to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Relationship Management: Review and maintain strong relationships with consultants and owners to ensure smooth project execution.Contract Management: Review the coverage, terms, and conditions of Sub-contractor agreements and participate in negotiation and finalization.Performance Enhancement: Support initiatives to enhance overall control and performance of projects, aligning operations action plans with the company’s strategic plan.Financial Management: Review and approve Material Requisitions, Local Purchase Orders, and Sub-contractor Payments, ensuring accurate billing and cheque preparation.Expense Verification: Verify expenses for each project and edit business correspondence before signing.Legal Compliance: Follow up on legal aspects relating to projects and coordinate with the Plant Manager in selecting machinery and equipment.
