We are seeking a skilled Operational Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of events from start to finish.The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, as well as a strong knowledge of event planning processes and logistics.Responsibilities include:Negotiating and closing contracts with clients for event servicesCollaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are communicated and fulfilledOverseeing the planning and execution of events from start to finish, ensuring the use of event management systemsMaintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and event detailsRequirements:Education: Bachelors degreeMinimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the events or F&B industryValid UAE driving license required for conducting site visits and managing logisticsWillingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
