Job Responsibilities:
As a Real Estate Mover & Shaker, you will be responsible for:
1. Developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
2. Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential properties and investment opportunities.
3. Assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties.
4. Providing expert advice on pricing, negotiations, and property marketing strategies.
5. Facilitating property viewings, inspections, and open houses.
6. Guiding clients through the entire real estate transaction process, including contracts, paperwork, and legal requirements.
7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and stakeholders.
8. Keeping up-to-date with market trends, industry regulations, and changes in the real estate landscape.
Qualifications and Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
1. Valid Driver’s License.
2. Proven experience in real estate sales, or related fields.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems.
8. Knowledge of local market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
9. Having your own black book of trusted investors who trust you and repeatedly do business with you.
10. Leader’s mindset who never gives up and always finds the right solution for the right investor, a self starter.
