We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our MENA HQ for a period of 6 Months.A typical day will include: Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipelineScreen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screeningsStay abreast of recruiting trends and best practicesManage the overall interview, selection, and closing processEnsure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulationsTo land this position you must have: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1 year of recruiting experience preferredAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingDemonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trustExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Office
