Urgently looking for an experienced Logistic agent for Djibouti, East Africa. The candidate must be more than 30 years of age, with minimum 5 years of experience in a Logistic company.

He must Manage and control staff activity ensure Principals procedure and instructions as properly followed within specific required timing Build strong relations with Commercial Sales for proper Customers handling enabling the team to achieve Company and Principals targets.

· In-depth know-how about import /export /cross trade business by Sea freight & Air freight.

· On job experience of international freight forwarding job costing and quotations.

· Capability to handle freight enquiries, quotations and coordination with local and international clients.

· Experience in rate & service negotiations with Shipping lines /airlines and overseas agents.

· Knowledge about customs procedures and port operations.

· Capability to handle freight forwarding operations & customer service independently without supervision.

· To supervise and manage all operations related to Container or Cargo Vessel.

· Provide the owner or charterer with real-time updates and reports for the port call or cargo operation.

· Responsible for tracking the actual dry branch line to the departure time, to ensure that the departure and operation can arrive on time.

· Responsible for the development, negotiation, storage and maintenance of the old carriers for the new carriers in the agent area, and the two-way guarantee.
