Okadoc Hiring for Passionate Associate Product Owner Job at Dubai Full Time

Okadoc is looking for an ambitious Associate Product Owner to join our global community. We are the GCC’s first one-stop-shop patient engagement platform, seamlessly connecting doctors and patients. From our instant, fully integrative online appointment booking platform to an array of home healthcare solutions, Okadoc aims to improve the healthcare experience for all.

As an Associate Product Owner at Okadoc, you will advance your capabilities by making hands-on contributions to the platform. We are looking for an individual with strong collaboration and communication skills who will work closely with Product Owners and Product Designers to deliver sprint-by-sprint effectively. In addition to striving for the best results through attention to detail, we are looking for someone eager to learn and progress by receiving mentorship and guidance from the wider team.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with members of the Product team in a range of activities that will carry forward the product roadmap.
• Support the design lifecycle by working with a talented Product Designer to shape the user experience.
• Support the development lifecycle; working with technology teams through agile ceremonies, such as Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Demos and Retrospectives.
• Guarantee that only the highest quality of work is released to Okadoc users, by thoroughly reviewing completed development tasks.
• Document features in a manner that clearly communicates both functionality and value.
• Actively measure and analyse performance, seeking out opportunities to innovate and improve.

Requirements

• Have completed an undergraduate degree in management, economics, computing, or a similar field.
• Have demonstrable experience of working within a technology organisation. Preferably within a Product team, but potentially within Customer Success, Customer Support, Project Management, Quality Assurance or similar functions.
• Be a very capable user of essential modern office tools, such as (but not limited to): the Google Suite and Slack. Experience using common product management tools such as (but not limited to): Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English. You may be working with some individuals whose first language is not English, so the ability to present complex topics in a simple understandable manner is a must.

Ideally, you also have:

• Experience working within healthcare, or knowledge of its regulatory environment.
• Experience working remotely.
