Okadoc is looking for an outstanding Customer Support Agent to join our global community. We are the GCC’s first one-stop-shop patient engagement platform, seamlessly connecting doctors and patients. From our instant, fully integrative online appointment booking platform to an array of home healthcare solutions, Okadoc aims to improve the healthcare experience for all.

We are looking for a passionate, customer-oriented customer service agent who will act as a vital liaison, provide services information and book appointments for our patients with efficiency and attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about our goal of achieving the best healthcare experience for all and is thus genuinely excited to help and improve the experience for our customers.

We are looking for someone who puts customers first and is empathetic and enthusiastically communicative. We believe a great Customer Service Agent should excel in problem-solving tasks and is confident at troubleshooting and investigating to answer and resolve customer queries and complaints. This role aims to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction as the company strives to meet our ambitious goals for growth.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients’ queries from different channels: phone calls, emails, WhatsApp
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet customer service team targets and service-level agreements
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Coordinate appointments with a fleet of drivers
• Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Support Agent
• Track record of over-achieving targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Written/spoken Arabic and English is a must
• Previous experience in last-mile, logistics, e-commerce operations would be a plus
• Educated to High school or equivalent level
