Okadoc Hiring for Accountant Job at Dubai Full Time

Key responsibilities for the role:

• Collecting, tracking & posting accounting entries of the group in QB online.
• Running Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Maintaining various accounting schedules such as, fixed asset, prepayment, depreciation.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures and constant review of the accounting policies and identify areas of improvement.
• Making payments, after verifying the supporting documentation, in the banking portal.
• Follow-up with commercial team on overdue receivables and running dunning reports.
• Preparation of payroll in line with company guidelines.
• Submission of timely filing of VAT.
• Any other tasks on ad hoc basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in accounting/finance.
• Professional qualification will be added advantage.
• Candidate with articles completed for a reputed audit from will be preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in preparation of books up to finalization of accounts.
• Quick learner and ability to prepare error-free reports within given deadlines.
