Our sales department in Dubai are looking for an amazing and dynamic Customer Success Managers to join the team. The team follows mainly the “work hard, play hard” mindset.
Concretely, you will be responsible of a portfolio of 250-300 companies in the MENA area. What’s great in this job is the fact that you will deal with direct customers and resellers, in a team of 40 people.
Your primary goal is to achieve sales targets by driving up customer retention and expansion.
Responsibilities
Understanding & developing existing clients
Generating new business
Acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
Excel in transversal sales & product demonstration
Grow customer lifetime value by proactively engaging clients and serving as their advocate internally
Must Have
Related degree
1 – 5 years of relevant experience
Quick & Autonomous learner
Problem Solver
Firm understanding of managing client relations
Fluent in Arabic and English
Eligible to relocate to the UAE
Strong communication skills
