Main responsibilities:1. Existed car park perfect technical condition maintenance.Organization, control and execution of routine / planned and urgent / on demand maintenance and repair of vehicles. Proactive dealing with technical partners (dealerships, service stations etc.), control over quality, spendings and timing.2. New cars commissioning.Technical inspection passing, car registration in the RTA. GPS modules installation organization and control.Used car repairs and technical work organization to perfect the car condition before its commissioning.3. Customer communication.Car rental Customer technical support (operational issues, malfunctions, damages and road accidents, car evacuation, cost calculation and technical expert assessment) — car technical issues prompt and smooth resolution on the road or on-site.Professional experience and skills required for this position:- Working experience in a car dealership or service station 5+ years.- Past experience of working with automotive electrical components considered to be a big advantage.- Excellent knowledge of different car brands’ technical features, experience and ability to identify what is causing the problem and how to fix that in the most effective way.- Communication and problem-solving skills for smooth and effective Customer interaction.- Fluency in English and Arabic.Salary and work schedule:- 7 500 AED fixed part, to be negotiated individually with successful candidate.- Variable salary part in addition to the fixed upon KPI achievement.- 6-day working week
