We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.This role is crucial for supporting our dynamic HR functions, including employee relations, HR administration, and assisting in the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining our HR processes, ensuring they are efficient and digitally oriented.What will be your responsibilities?Support in managing day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.Serve as the first point of contact for employees’ queries and concerns, playing a key role in fostering a positive work environment.Assist in the recruitment process, from job postings to scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.Support the onboarding of new employees and manage offboarding processes.Assist in the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.Support in preparation of HR-related reports (turnover rates, hiring metrics, and other key performance indicators)Coordinate training and development programs for employees.What are we looking for?1-3 years of experience in a Recruitment & HR role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in HR systems & Digital tools.Familiarity with Dubai’s labor laws and regulations.Previous Experience in the Real Estate Industry is beneficia.What We Offer?Exciting, fun, fast-paced and collaborative work environmentA team invested in you personally and professionally
