Monitor safety and security of members within tour groups.
Provide feedback from tour groups to operations department.
Provide feedback to operations department on vendor selection and performance, and itinerary management.
Provide information on logistic arrangements.
Provide information on tour destinations.
Provide tour briefs to tour groups.
Respond to emergencies and unexpected situations during tours.
Respond to tour groups’ complaints.
Review agreements between tour agencies and tour groups to guide response actions during tours.
Review feedback from tour groups on tour services.
Conditions
You work long hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends; you are usually on duty day and night for the tour’s duration, which can be for a few weeks at a time.
You work both indoors and outdoors.
Depending on the type of tour you lead, your accommodation could be anything including tent.
You have to wear a uniform.
The work is seasonal.
