Job Summary:

To assist in the management of the Human Resources function ensuring its overall efficiency and effectiveness.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the administration of the recruitment process as per company standards to ensure accuracy of documentation and filing, and to ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner and with the most suitable candidate

• Prepare all necessary documents of new joiners to ensure payroll activation and the smooth integration of the new Employee to the team
• Process administration requests efficiently to ensure Employee needs are met
• Prepare requisitions to ensure adequate items and stationary are available for a smooth Human Resources operation
• Coordinate candidate arrivals to ensure all new joiners are integrated smoothly in the team
• Maintain up to date Employee files to ensure efficiency and compliance with Human Resources Standards
• Conduct the Human Resources Orientation for new joiners to ensure they are familiar with the company policies, rules and regulations
• Provide Employees with advice and guidance to align behaviours and practices with the company performance expectations and standards
• Manage the leave administration to ensure accurate record keeping and have Employees avail their leave entitlements smoothly
• Assist with the Disciplinary and Grievance process ensuring behavioural and performance expectations of Employees are met
• Coordinate employee welfare activities to ensure increased Employee satisfaction while off duty
• Conduct exit interviews with leavers to understand the reason behind their decision to leave and address Employee dissatisfaction and concerns
• Assist in the administration of Employee exit procedures to ensure leavers receive their final dues as per the Country labour law
• Liaise with the Government Relations team to ensure Employee visa applications and cancellations are completed in accordance with the country laws
• Assist in processing all government related certifications and licenses of the property to ensure legal Hotel operations
• Track the expiry of employee legal documents to ensure timely renewals
• File all government related documents in a systematic way to ensure timely access during government inspections
• Provide legal advice to Employees on government procedures and rules to ensure all concerned abides to government directives and laws

• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
• Additional to the above mentioned requirements an Employee will at times be expected to perform tasks and duties outside of his/her scope of work as necessitated by work demand.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
