NWTN Motors Hiring for Sales Operations Analyst at Dubai Full Time

JOB OVERVIEW

The Sales Operations Analyst provides key operational support to the Regional Sales team. The role is responsible for analysing and consolidating data, creating and presenting the relevant in-depth reports and supporting the vehicles order intake process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Consolidate Market share data and analysis

· Design and maintain a report suite that provides the regional sales team with network performance data across different KPIs

· Generate reports and analysis of vehicle ordering mix and content

· Track and communicate to the distributors’ the monthly ordering schedule to ensure timely submission

· Support the Field and distributor’s teams with inquiries related to orders build status, ETA and change requests

JOB Qualifications and Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study

· 3 years of experience in a similar capacity with an automotive OEM or distributor

· Advanced Excel skills: The ability to produce complex tables, graphs and spreadsheets efficiently, to process and streamline large volumes of data

· English language written and oral proficiency

· Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking

· Demonstrates proactivity, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

· Customer Service Oriented. Effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders
