Nurse – Administrator

Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse-Administrator to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our children while also taking on administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Nursing Responsibilities

Maintain children’s medical records, ensuring all required medical information and documents are up to date.
Stay up to date with all DHA (Dubai Health Authority) requirements, policies, and procedures in nurseries.
Oversee health and safety, hygiene, and sickness policies and ensure the clinic is kept up to date for DHA inspections.
Carry out first aid treatment for children and staff and/or call for emergency assistance whenever required.
Ensure compliance with DHA rules and regulations.

Administrative Responsibilities

Maintain quality control and aesthetics according to management requirements in and around the nursery.
Handle registration procedures and keep children’s information and profiles up to date.
Answer phones and respond to email inquiries promptly.
Address parent queries and act as a parent relations advisor.
Assist with daily accounting and HR tasks as required.
Keep track of all licenses and external contracts.
Provide support for special events at the nursery.

Qualifications
Nursing Qualifications

Attested bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Valid nursing license from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
Previous experience of at least 3 years in pediatric nursing or working with children.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric First Aid.
Knowledge of the healthcare regulations and guidelines set by the Dubai Health Authority.
Excellent communication skills and empathy.
Patience and a genuine love for working with children.
Adherence to strict hygiene and safety standards.

Administrative Qualifications

Proven work experience as an Administrator and Receptionist
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
Hands-on experience with office equipment, including computers and printers.
Demonstrates a professional attitude and keeps a well-groomed appearance.
Exhibits exceptional customer service skills.
Possesses solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
Displays resourcefulness and proactiveness when addressing issues.
Shows strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of the UAE (United Arab Emirates) licensing and regulatory requirements for nurseries.
Possesses common sense and practical judgment in handling various situations.
