NTS Group are working with an exciting pharmaceutical company in Dubai to hire a Sales Director Gulf to be based in Dubai. Reporting to the Regional General Manager, the Sales Director will build & generate sustainable regional revenue/market share by effective execution of sales plans and by maximal utilisation of the existing business potential. You will be responsible for forecast and cost process, budget planning, annual review process, along with any sales and commercial related issues.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coaching and development of members of the sales team as to ensure messages and strategies being followed and utilized.
• Follow-up and monitor sales figures, marketing activities implementation by sales force and strategies related to sales, competitive intelligence, managing communication.
• Lead and coach the team to deliver above and beyond results. Create a transparent and focused organisation that shares obstacles and challenges across all collaborative areas.
• Ensuring accomplishment of operational business plans for Gulf Cluster, within approved budgets, time scales, and corporate policies for business sustainability.
• Liaising with peers including from marketing, patient access, medial, regulatory affairs, and other functions to maximise the sales of company products You will embrace, translate and ensure change management implementation.

Who You Are

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences, or equivalent.
• You have a min of 10 years of experience including in sales management role within the pharmaceutical industry with a proven record of achievements.
• You are an experienced people manager able to inspire and motivate your team.
• You have strong business drive with customer centricity, business acumen and are eager to drive commercial impact and growth, with the ultimate goal to improve patient’s lives.
• You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build sustainable relationships internally and externally.
• This position requires excellent communication skills in English.
