NTS Group have been exclusively retained by a leading Biotechnology & Medical company to recruit a Chief Financial Officer based in Riyadh, KSA.

The CFO will be responsible for the provision of high-level financial strategic advice to the CEO, Finance and Audit Committee, and the Board of Directors, as well as ensuring that the Executive Leadership Team is supported with financial information and operational analytics whilst driving a culture of accountability in managing the organisation.

Areas of responsibility include:

• Manage financial capital, including communicating capital requirements/implications of business decisions to CEO and Finance & Risk.
• Proactively manage cash flows advising best ways to leverage unrestricted cash held.
• Conduct meaningful proactive analysis to improve key business decisions focusing on management of working capital.
• Provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing business strategy.
• Establish internal control processes required to manage and grow the business.
• Drive the annual budget process and the monthly reporting.
• Provide leadership in the evaluation of financial improvements in current business performance.
• Ensure that the Incorporated Entities comply with its statutory obligations under any relevant laws and regulations.
• Provision of advice and knowledge of cloud-based products and the interface with financial systems.

You will be able to demonstrate exceptional formal and informal leadership capability as well as a track record in driving commercial value in complex environments.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CPA, CMA etc).
• 15+ Years of progressive experience across accounting, reporting, audit, control and finance business partnering.
• Experience within Pharma, Medical, Healthcare or Manufacturing a plus.
• Exceptional technical skills coupled with an entrepreneurial mind set.
• Arabic language preferred.
